Terms of Service

Time Gummy is a personal planning app run by Time Gummy (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Time Gummy.

Time Gummy lets you plan tasks on a timeline, track habits, keep projects and goals, log time, sync with Google Calendar, and connect outside tools through an API. We may add, change, or retire features as the product evolves. We will try to give notice before removing anything you rely on.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Time Gummy. Keep your password private and your email address current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken through API tokens you create.

One account is for one person. Please do not share a login or resell access.

Everything you put into Time Gummy — tasks, habits, goals, projects, notes, reflections, and time entries — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it.

So that the service can work, you give us a limited licence to store, display, back up, and sync your content, and to pass it to tools you have connected (for example, a calendar or an AI assistant you have authorised). We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

Use Time Gummy for its intended purpose and within the law. Do not try to break into other people’s accounts, probe or overload our systems, scrape the service, or use it to store content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Connecting a Google account is optional. If you do, your use of Google Calendar is also governed by Google’s own terms. Time Gummy’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect a Google account at any time from Settings, which revokes our access.

Time Gummy has no built-in AI. Instead, you can create API tokens in Settings and give them to an assistant or agent of your choosing so it can read and change your data over the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

A token is equivalent to your password for the data it can reach. Anything an assistant does with your token counts as your own action, including creating, editing, or deleting your content. We do not operate or control third-party AI providers and are not responsible for what they do with information you send them. Revoke a token from Settings the moment you no longer trust the tool holding it. We may rate-limit API use to keep the service healthy for everyone.

Paid plans are billed by Stripe. A subscription may start with a free trial; when the trial ends it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires it, but if something went wrong with a charge, get in touch and we will sort it out.

If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.

You can stop using Time Gummy whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. When an account is closed, its data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Time Gummy is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome from using it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits arising from your use of Time Gummy. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will notify you through the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Time Gummy after that means you accept the updated terms.
